Birch Consulting was founded by Amy DuBois, certified project manager (PMP), to offer a different perspective on project management – lead by creating a positive project experience and successful results will naturally follow. The Birch Project was initiated with this philosophy at its core.

Why Birch?
The birch are resilient and adaptable. They are one of the first trees to bloom after a long cold winter, or a devastating forest fire. These beautiful trees are a reminder that no matter what challenges we have faced, or are experiencing, we can always catch fire from the spark within.
