Project Management
Bringing people together to deliver on a common goal and enjoying the process along the way is my specialty. SOWs, Gantts, RAID logs, RACI’s, risk assessments, issues logs, status reports, burn rates, I have them if you need them. I can assist with staff augmentation, lead complex technical projects or manage an entire program. With over 20 years of project management and digital experience, I will adapt to your project need, whatever the scale.
Product Management
Dreaming of a product, me too, always. Setting up the backlog to make that product happen, I can help with that. Transforming a product or supporting an oldie but a goodie, count me in. I started managing products when waterfall was hip and the shipment of the CD-ROMs set was epic. Now that we are sprinting, it’s all about the MVP (Minimum Viable Product) and learning and adapting with our customers to make the best darn product we can within 2 weeks. I am not exaggerating when I say that I would literally love to help you with your product management. From backlog grooming, requirements gathering, sprint planning to QA, I can step in wherever needed.
